This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the PERACI website or contact the PERACI team. Last updated: 2 November 2026.
Information you provide
The enquiry form requests your name, email address, company, country or region, material names, forms and quantities, requested document types and requirement details. Telephone or WhatsApp is optional. A standard English product name, CAS, page language and PERACI page link may be included to identify the enquiry. Information you send directly by email is also part of the correspondence.
Please do not send patient information or confidential documents belonging to another party through an initial enquiry.
How enquiry details are used
We use the details to understand the requirement, respond to you, discuss specifications and documents, and coordinate relevant follow-up. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
The form forwards the enquiry to inquiry@peraci.com through the website's email service. The contact form does not create a customer account or a separate public enquiry record. Form information may be held temporarily in the website session to show a submission result or restore fields after an error.
Technical information
The website uses session and security information to operate forms and help prevent misuse. Hosting and application records may contain request details such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, time and errors. These records support operation, troubleshooting and security. This version of the PERACI website does not load advertising pixels or optional audience-analytics scripts.
Access and disclosure
Enquiries are handled by the people responding to your request and by the hosting and email services needed to operate the website. If a requirement needs to be discussed with a potential supply source, relevant technical requirements may need to be shared. We ask you to agree appropriate arrangements before sending sensitive third-party documents. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.
Keeping information
Website sessions are temporary. Enquiry emails and related business correspondence are kept according to the needs of the enquiry, subsequent business records, security and applicable obligations. A single fixed retention period has not been established for all enquiry correspondence. Contact us about a particular record or a deletion request; any applicable reason to retain it will be considered.
Your requests
To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email support@peraci.com. Include enough context to locate the enquiry. We may need to verify your relationship to the information before acting on a request.

Language switching and temporary drafts
When you switch language from the enquiry form, the current fields are saved in this tab’s sessionStorage under peraci_enquiry_draft, without a security token. The draft is removed after restoration or submission. After 30 minutes it is no longer restored and is removed the next time the form opens. Closing the tab normally ends this storage. Blocking browser storage may prevent fields from being preserved when switching language. The selected language is carried by the sl URL parameter and may be retained in the native website session. We do not force a language based on your IP address.
