Quality & Documentation

Clear documentation requests help both parties understand what needs to be reviewed before evaluation or supply. PERACI coordinates requests for product and source-specific information; availability and disclosure conditions are confirmed individually.

Product and safety information

You may request a specification, certificate of analysis (COA), safety data sheet (SDS), or packaging and storage information. The document version, source and relevance to a proposed material must be checked. A representative COA is not a substitute for the batch-specific document associated with an agreed supply.

Reference COA and batch COA

A reference COA helps assess a material and specification. It does not certify a future shipment. A batch COA relates to the identified batch and should be checked against the agreed supply. Neither document alone confirms suitability for your formulation or market.

How to request documents

Select Documentation request in the contact form. Provide the material, form, requested document types and target market. We review the source, version and disclosure conditions and respond with availability or any information needed to proceed. Files are provided through direct correspondence rather than published automatically.

Regulatory documents

GMP evidence, Written Confirmation (WC), Drug Master File (DMF) information, Letters of Access (LOA) or Certificates of Suitability (CEP) may be relevant to a project. We do not represent these as available for every product. Applicability, holder, validity, access conditions and target-market requirements must be confirmed for the particular manufacturer and material.

What to include in your request

  • Product name and CAS number, if known.
  • Required grade or standard and intended use.
  • Destination market and requested document type.
  • Your company, evaluation stage and any relevant deadline.

Responsible handling

Third-party documents may be subject to confidentiality and distribution restrictions. Sensitive files are not automatically published on this website. Manufacturer identities, signatures and certification ownership must remain accurate.
