Submit a single material or a list. The following steps produce the information needed to evaluate and agree a supply proposal.
1. Requirement summary
Identify each material, CAS, salt or hydrate form, grade, quantity, target market and requested documents. The result is a clear requirement list for review.
2. Specification and document feedback
Review source-specific material information and document availability. The result is a specification response showing matches, differences and outstanding questions.
3. Sample arrangements
If samples are available, agree quantity, charges, documents and dispatch arrangements. The result is a sample plan for your evaluation and qualification process.
4. Written order confirmation
Agree material, specification, source, quantity, packaging, documents, commercial terms and delivery arrangements. The result is a written order scope; a website enquiry or email submission message is not an order confirmation.
5. Shipment and document handover
Coordinate the shipment and documents agreed for that order. Use the product and batch references when raising discrepancies or follow-up questions.
